Numbering
For many documents, tickets, lottery tickets or forms, unique numbering is a simple yet effective way to guarantee security and traceability. With properly applied numbering, managing large quantities of documents becomes more transparent and fraud or duplication is immediately visible.
How it works
- Each document or form is provided with a unique serial number (in black or in colour).
- These numbers can be assigned sequentially or randomly, depending on the application.
- When someone attempts to duplicate or alter a document, this is immediately visible because the numbering does not match the original sequence.
