Privacy statement contract and marketing
Your personal data (name, email address, telephone number, CV, cover letter) are processed by Group Joos NV for customer management purposes based on the contractual relationship arising from your assignment/order placed, in accordance with various legal obligations (our liability, retention obligations, accounting legislation) and for direct marketing (to potentially offer you new services) based on our legitimate interest in conducting business. The processing is always carried out by the manager.
We would like to inform you that whilst the assignment entrusted to us is ongoing or the order placed is being fulfilled, we cannot delete your data in order to guarantee our services. Following the termination of the assignment (possibly by you), we are obliged to retain your personal data for a further 10 years in accordance with the legal obligations applicable to us. The data we retain and archive from you at that time will be limited to what is necessary to fulfil the legal obligation.
We must draw your attention to the fact that your personal data may be disclosed by us to third parties in the context of the assignment entrusted to us and in fulfilment of a legal obligation. You may consult us at any time regarding this, and we will then inform you of the body to which your data has been disclosed.
If you do not wish us to process your data for direct marketing purposes, simply let us know at info@groupjoos.com. You can also use that address at any time to ask what data we process about you and to have it corrected or deleted (the latter to the extent possible within the scope of the assignment given or order placed and in accordance with the law).
If the data you have provided to us is incorrect and you request a correction, you may, where possible, ask for the processing of the data to be restricted.
All services provided in accordance with the rights granted to you under the General Data Protection Regulation are, within reasonable limits, free of charge.
If you disagree with the way in which we process your data, you may contact the Commission for the Protection of Privacy (Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels).
