Production process
We use both offset printing and industrial digital printers for (hyper)personalized communication. Depending on the project, we select or combine technologies to achieve optimal results.
Our industrial inserting machines support various formats (US, C5, C4) and allow fully variable content per envelope. Camera and control systems ensure the integrity of every mailing. Inline printing of fixed and variable data (color or black) is possible, as well as matching and Read & Print processes.
Machines with 2 to 7 stations allow the insertion of personalized enclosures, including incentives, gadgets or product samples. Additional elements such as plastic cards or stamps can also be applied.
When machine processing is not feasible, we provide manual assembly and postal preparation.
