Red Cross Flanders and Group Joos collaborate for annual sticker campaign

To encourage all Flemish citizens to financially support the 228 local Red Cross branches and their 13,000 volunteers, Red Cross Flanders organizes an annual sticker campaign.

This year, Group Joos had the opportunity to print magical stickers themed around Disneyland Paris. The reason? The theme park celebrated its 30th anniversary, and Disney characters naturally appeal to everyone’s imagination.

€5 and a dream prize

The price of the sticker remains unchanged at €5. Group Joos also printed a unique code on each sticker, allowing buyers to participate in a contest to win a dream prize such as a magical stay at Disneyland Paris.

In addition, Group Joos is the only commercial printing company in Belgium holding the ISO 14298 certification for security printing and therefore applied the necessary security measures.

Finishing

A sticker featuring Minnie Mouse on the front naturally requires a magical appearance. That’s why Group Joos finished the stickers with a glossy varnish.

Promotional print

In addition to the stickers, Group Joos also produced variable promotional print materials for the campaign. These range from A3 posters, pavement sign posters and counter displays to QR code stickers for Payconiq.

The stickers sold online are prepared for mailing by Group Joos and sent CO₂-neutral via bpost. Each order is shipped within a maximum of two working days.

Logistics

For the country’s most well-known fundraising campaign, Group Joos also handles various logistical tasks. The stickers are packed in sets of twenty, bundled per local branch and labeled with the branch name.

The promotional materials are also packaged per distribution point. Quantities differ per branch and are distributed across twelve provincial and several regional delivery addresses.
