In 2025, Group Joos celebrated its 90th anniversary and immediately added a remarkable recognition to this milestone. Our family business was named winner of the Voka Local Award for the Midden-Kempen region.
The announcement of both the nomination and the victory in our own region was celebrated enthusiastically. The Voka Mechelen-Kempen team, accompanied by TV personality Celine Van Ouytsel, personally delivered the news to the company.
Group Joos is led by the third and fourth generations of the Joos family and positions itself as a strong combination of tradition and innovation.
The Voka Local Award is granted to companies that stand out through strong figures, solid growth, entrepreneurial courage and ambition, and a high level of innovation. Companies are also evaluated based on their distinctive corporate and HR culture, internationalization, sound governance and sustainable business practices.
